Booker’s True Barrel Bourbon Batch 2022-02

‘The Lumberyard Batch’, a nod to Booker Noe’s pre-distiller years that shaped his work ethic, is the 2022-02 batch that has been aged for seven years and bottled at a hearty 64.2% abv. Full of sugar, spice, and all things nice.

Expect aromas of toffee, cinnamon, apple pie, citrus and cocoa, leading to flavours of walnut and maple syrup with hints of mocha on the palate. The finish is long, sweet and spicy with caramelised brown sugar on the very end.
