Bowmore 27 Year Old Timeless Series

Introducing this 27-year old single malt Scotch whisky as part of the biennial release from the Bowmore Timeless Series. Matured for 15 years in sherry and bourbon casks, the whisky was then moved to first-fill Oloroso butts where it remained for 12 years before being bottled at a cask strength of 52.7% abv with just 3,000 bottles produced. The result is a legacy-worthy dram packed full of grilled orange peel, smoked seaweed, chestnut honey and coffee beans covered in dark chocolate.
