Dalmore 31 Year Old Platinum Old & Rare

Distilled at Dalmore Distillery, this Highland Region whisky is a part of Hunter Laing & Co.’s Platinum Old & Rare selection. The impressive single malt was aged for 31 years in a single refill barrel, and is one of only 142 bottles. Bottled at a natural cask strength of 57.5% abv, and free from chill filtration.

Expect aromas of apple, toffee and flower orchards, leading to a palate with flavours of cinnamon, blackberries, and dark chocolate. The finish is long, with lingering spice.
