Dingle Single Malt

An astounding single malt from Dingle Distillery. This expression was matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. The resulting expression is jam-packed with rich, sumptuous flavours. This is an impressive whisky from a relatively new distillery, clearly eager to make its mark.

The nose brings menthol, lime peel, and ripe pears. The palate brings milk chocolate, peach, red grapes, Demerara sugar, and candied orange peel. The finish is full of honey, Madagascan vanilla, and baking spices. Delicious.
