Named for Glenglassaugh’s neighbouring harbour village of Portsoy, this heavily peated maritime expression is matured in a combination of sherry, bourbon and port casks. Bottled at 49.1% abv.
Expect a nose of maritime waves, tropical fruit, dark soy, liquorice and sea kelp, leading to flavours of dark chocolate, fermented soy, charred mango and sea salt on the palate. Rich and complex.
