Gulliver’s 47 Pedro Ximenez Cask

The inaugural sherried Gulliver’s 47, this six-year-old was distilled at St George’s Distillery in Norfolk, and matured entirely in hand-selected Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. The fine whisky was infact distilled using Concerto barley, a variety only grown in East Anglia. Presented at 47% abv and free from chill filtration, this is a truly brilliant, and truly English, single malt whisky.

Expect aromas of butterscotch, sweet spice and orange peel on the nose, and a rich palate bursting with dark chocolate and dried fruits.
