Intensity 10 Year Old Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish

Intensity is a celebration of the classic relationship between Speyside single malt, and sherry cask maturation. This inaugural bottling has been aged for 10 years, with a finish in Oloroso sherry cask. The bottle harks back to stylish mid-century modern perfume bottles, and will certainly look very sleek atop your shelf. Bottled at 50% abv.

Expect sweet aromas of sticky toffee pudding, and gingerbread, with hints of worn leather and pine. The palate shines with flavours of sherried raisins and dates, vanilla, and mixed nuts, paired with woody notes of oak and cedar which continue into the close, along with perfumed sandalwood, and spiced oak.
