We’ve kept this one right up our sleeve for a while. Demand for a Kilchoman W Club Exclusive Single Cask has been consistently high for a long time, which is why we’re delighted to say that it’s finally here – and it’s a cracker!
This expression was distilled in 2012 (at 50ppm!) and matured in a single Pedro Ximénez sherry cask before being bottled in 2021 at 56% abv. The result? A mouth-watering combination of Kilchoman’s signature smoky flavours and sherry-imparted notes of toasted almonds, dried fruits and rich, dark chocolate.
Just 258 bottles were produced without chill-filtration or added colouring.
