Kilchoman 2015 PX Sherry Cask

This rare Kilchoman is the exciting new bottling chosen by the first-ever Cask Committee. Our W-Club-member experts selected a sample drawn from a Pedro Ximenez Sherry Cask, in which the liquid was matured for seven years. Bottled at a bold 56.6% abv, exclusively for The W Club.

Expect aromas of fruit and honey, with an undercurrent of peat, leading to more fruity flavours on the palate with waves of rich peat smoke. The finish is long and sweet with classic Kilchoman citrus notes.
