Crafted as a celebration of natural oak cask maturation, this single cask release from Kingsbarns has been aged for seven years in an ex-bourbon barrel (no. 1510248). The gorgeous Lowland expression was decanted into only 244 bottles, and presented at a robust 62% abv. Free from chill filtration and at natural colour.
Expect aromas of lemon, vanilla and nostalgic foam bananas, leading to a palate full of sugar coated apples and liquorice. The finish is long and sweet with a subtle peppery note.
