Mermaid Salt Vodka

An excellent way to bring the taste of the ocean to your tastebuds. This Mermaid Salt Vodka is shot through with a vein of locally-sourced sea salt from the Isle of Wight Distillery. This vodka is grain distilled, hand-crafted using its column still which is then blended with Isle of Wight spring water. It lies at 40% abv. 

Created in small batches, each step of the process is designed to give a wonderfully smooth taste, a gentle profile that breathes a deep character of sea salt into any mixed drink.
