Milk & Honey Single Cask Red Wine Cask

Bottled exclusively for the UK, Israel-based distillers Milk & Honey have matured this single cask beauty for three years in a Israeli port-style fortified wine cask from a boutique winery in the upper Galilee Region. One of only 361 bottles, the single malt is presented at an audacious 66.5% abv.

The nose brings aromas of chocolate-covered strawberries, fragrant tea leaves, eucalyptus and brown sugar. On the palate, herbal notes intertwine with spicy cayenne pepper and cherry drop sweets, all on a layer of peat smoke that lingers on into the finish, alongside hints of cocoa bean and earthy tobacco.
