An incredible independent bottling from Glen Spey distillery released by Murray McDavid as part of their premium Benchmark series. One of five UK exclusives released March 2023, this Speyside expression was matured for 14 years in ex-bourbon casks, including a finish in a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask. One of only 181 bottles, and decanted at a cask strength of 50.1% abv.
Expect decadent notes of caramel, chocolate and espresso on the nose, leading to rich flavours of forest fruits, chocolate, oak and mixed spice on the palate and throughout.
