Distilled at Mannochmore in 2008, this Speyside single malt was initially matured in a hogshead before a finish in Pedro Ximenez casks. It has been independently bottled by Murray McDavid. It has been bottled at 50.9% abv and is free from both chill filtration and artificial colouring.
On the nose, there are flavours of milk chocolate, baking spiced, and red berries. The palate brings apple pie, golden syrup, and fresh fudge before leading into a finish full of espresso, dark chocolate, malt loaf, and spiced oak.
