Quarterdeck Trinidad 1998 24 Year Old

An ultra-rare rum from the now-silent Caroni Distillery. As the distillerly has been closed for nearly 50 years, it is difficult to come across any of their expressions. This is an exceptionally decadent rum from one of the last remaining casks.

On the nose, there is sugar-coated almonds and milk chocolate. The palate has plenty of ripe apples, honey, and sticky toffee before leading into the long, sweet finish.
