Rare Find Tranquillity 1985 Highland Single Malt

An impressive single cask of a world-renowned and classic Highland single malt, distilled in 1985 and bottled 35 years later in 2020 for The Whisky Shop by Gleann Mor in their Rare Find series. Just 370 bottles were produced at 42.2% abv. 

The nose has notes of chocolate, pineapple, treacle toffee and fudge. An intriguingly complex and delicate palate follows, with initial soft spices combining elegantly with cherries, peaches and sugarcane. The finish is delightfully sweet with an array of honeyed notes, including salted caramel and fresh pancakes.
