Sling Shot Irish Gin

From Lough Ree micro-distillery in Ireland, Sling Shot Gin is the first to use peat as a botanical during distillation. It contributes to an incredibly rich and smooth mouthfeel, while adding a uniquely earthy finish to the otherwise bold and fresh Irish gin. Presented at 41.7% abv.

Expect delicious flavours of citrus and mint, undercut by juniper and cardamom throughout. On the finish, the peat comes into the fore, lifted by a fragrant mint note.
