A stunning 25-year-old Yoichi, bottled by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society. The expression was distilled on 20th March 1987 and spent 25 years maturing in a virgin oak butt. Just 485 bottles were filled at 59.2% abv.
On the nose, there is thick toffee, sandalwood, and boiled sweets. The palate brings vanilla, honey, and cinnamon sugar before leading into the sweet and satisfying finish.
