An Australian Rye Whiskey, matured for three years in a new American oak cask as standard, with a special finish in an Australian red wine cask. On the bottle, the crocodile is the deadly animal chosen to represent The Gospel, alongside a tapestry depicting the story of the distillery. Bottled at 58.6% abv.

Expect aromas of toffee, light spices and sweet cherries, leading to a palate of buttery rye bread, caramel, vanilla bean, red fruits and mixed spice. The finish is dry and lingers with those red fruit and caramel flavours, with a hint of woody spices.
