The Norfolk Popcorn Single Grain Whisky

Named for the hometown of The English Distillery, The Norfolk is the grain sister whisky to their English single malt. This expression is the result of experimentation with bourbon-esque ingredients, in which they settled on a top secret mix of maize, rye and barley. The majority being maize, hence its moniker. This has resulted in a wonderfully sweet and complex grain whisky, reminiscent of a top-notch American bourbon – with a distinctly English twist. A limited run of only 1500 bottles, it is presented at 45% abv, free from chill filtration and at natural colour. 

Expect sweet aromas of honeycomb, chocolate and sourdough bread, which lead to a palate full of toffee apple, walnuts, a subtle woody flavour and a hint of pepper. The finish is warming and long, like a hug in a glass.
