Tobermory 21 Year Old

A fabulous 21-year-old Tobermory dram inspired by the colourful scenery of Mull. Distilled in refill casks in December 1999, this whisky slumbered peacefully until February 2015 when it was transferred into Oloroso casks for finishing, and then bottled free from chill filtration at a strength of 46.3% abv. This expression is vibrant, bold, and simply delicious!

On the nose arrives a burst of golden syrup, with toffee and beeswax following. The palate brings sumptuous caramel, Demerara sugar, and pine. The finish is bright, refreshing, and sweet.
