Ukiyo vodka is made using long grain rice on Okinawa island, to the south of mainland Japan. The spirit is initially made into Awamori (the spirit indigenous to the island), before being redistilled into a fragrant rice vodka. Expect a distinctly floral flavour, mixed with yuzu citrus notes. Perfect with tonic!
