Yoichi Aromatic Yeast

A fruitier version of Nikka’s smoky Yoichi expression, this whisky has been made with aromatic yeasts to bring forth the lighter aspects of the flavour profile. Bottled in 2022 as a part of their Nikka Discovery range, this expression is 48% abv.

On the nose we find aromas of herbal peat, fruit salad, mint, cloves, and sweet coconut, followed by flavours of roses, melon, parsley, earthy peat and apricot.
